At the completion of each project, all documents will be returned to the Customer or if all electronic, will be destroyed unless requested by the Customer to retain for future need.

FAQ
How does the service work?
Once we receive your RFQ/P we will review and provide a quote. Upon approval we will assign a project manager and begin to support the specification. We will work within the companies processes where available. If there is no processes available, we will revert to SP processes to ensure an approved supplier(s) that will provide the highest quality product at the most competitive price. There will be weekly meetings until the First Article is approved by the company.
Will SP Pathways work with the customers existing suppliers or develop new only?
SP will untilize any and all existing suppliers when available. It is anticipated that this will increase the companies position within these suppliers. This should result in better pricing and increased inventory management.
Are the suppliers approved under the customers process or SP?
SP Pathways will always work within the customers process. In the event the customer does not have a process, suppliers will be presented that will support the customer specifications with the highest quality at the most effective cost.
Does SP Pathways have process to protect all drawings, specifications and any other proprietary information?
SP Pathways takes security of all documents as the highest priority. SP follows ITAR guidelines to protect all information and documents. At the completion of each project, all documents will be returned to the Customer or if all electronic, will be destroyed unless requested by the Customer to retain for future need.
Do we have to have a subscription to use SP services?
No, we are structured to support on an as need basis. The advantage of the subscription is that there is a flat monthly fee that covers as many or as few needs as result in the month.
